PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus that can suppress incorrect collating and missing leaf without cost and time and effort for a user, and can print the number of copies desired by the user, an image forming system, an image formation control method, and a program.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: a division part (control part 110) that divides a job into a plurality of jobs; a storage control part (control part 110) that stores job data of a first divided job in a storage part 180; an insertion control part (control part 110) that inserts an insertion sheet into between sheets having images formed thereon in a second divided job; a detection part (control part 110) that detects the occurrence of paper jam; a specification part (control part 110) that specifies a page in the first divided job that has caused the paper jam; and an interpolation control part (control part 110) that interpolates the specified page in the second divided job on the basis of the job data in the storage part 180 and reexecute the second divided job interpolated with the page to form an image on a sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
