In a process to oxygenate water prior to use in swimming pools, showers or as drinking water, water is drawn from a reservoir and pumped alternately via an aerator into two or more reactors. Oxygen is introduced into the water in the aerator, which returns to the aerator via the reactor in a closed loop. The dissolved oxygen content of the returning water is measured. When the dissolved oxygen content reaches a pre-determined concentration, the water is then returned to the reservoir.
|
