An intraoral rapid disintegration tablet that comprises fine grains, said fine grains having, at the center, a drug substance-containing core containing butylscopolamine bromide and water-insoluble particles and being provided with an intermediate layer containing water-insoluble particles and coating the drug substance-containing core and a bitterness-masking layer containing talc and at least one kind of water-insoluble polymer in this order from the drug substance-containing core side, and an excipient component positioned outside the fine grains; and a method for manufacturing the same.
