The present invention addresses the problem of improving the speed and efficiency of processing associated with coordination between business systems in a financial institution. A means for solving this problem according to the present invention is a configuration in which a hub system (100) of a business coordination system (10) is provided with: a communication device (105) which performs processing for communication with each channel and each business system in a financial institution; a storage device (101) which stores a sorting table (125) that specifies inter-business-system coordination required for transaction processing in the financial institution, for each of different required processing qualities; and a calculation device (104) which performs processing to compare predetermined information included in a telegraphic transaction message obtained from a channel or one of the business systems, with the sorting table (125), and identify the inter-business-system coordination required for the transaction processing indicated by the telegraphic transaction message, wherein the calculation device (104) performs processing to request one or a plurality of business systems to perform the processing indicated by the telegraphic transaction message, and also performs processing to receive, as a response to the request, processing results from the one or the plurality of business systems and return the obtained processing results to the channel or the business system that sent the telegraphic transaction message, according to information about the identified required inter-business-system coordination, which specifies the systems to be coordinated and a processing sequence. |
