PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feature quantity management apparatus configured to eliminate variability of feature quantity, an operation method thereof, an operation program, and a feature quantity management system.SOLUTION: A distribution request receiving section 79 receives distribution requests including area specification information of an area R1 of a lesion in an inspection image, from a plurality of client terminals. A calculation section 90 calculates feature quantity representing characteristics of the lesion, on the basis of the area specification information from the distribution request receiving section 79.
