PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that suppresses a trouble that a developer leaks from an end in the longitudinal direction of an opening where a part of a developing roller is exposed by installation of an end sealing member, and suppresses a trouble that a developer accumulates in a gap between the end sealing member and the developing roller; a process cartridge; and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A magnetic member 13p provided with a magnet sheet 13q is arranged opposite to a developing roller 13a, at a position on the upstream side in the direction of rotation of the developing roller 13a with respect to a doctor blade 13c (developer regulating member), and within a predetermined range X (a range that is out of a range where a magnet 13a1 of the developing roller 13a is provided and within a range where an end sealing member 13n is provided).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
