摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method which makes "an operation flow rate acquired from a sensor output" and "an actual flow rate passing through a valve device" coincide with each other by suppressing an increase of the number of processes.SOLUTION: A flow rate error is acquired from a plurality of EGR valves which are preferentially manufactured, and "write-in data after correction" is acquired in advance (pre-stage process). The "write-in data after correction" is written into a memory of another EGR valve which is succeedingly manufactured (post-stage process). By this constitution, the number of processes can be suppressed. Furthermore, since the "write-in data after correction" is acquired by using an average flow rate of a plurality of the EGR valves, an influence of a pressure difference variation which is generated during the measurement of a flow rate can be suppressed, the accuracy of the "write-in data after correction" can be enhanced, and "a calculation flow rate" and "an actual flow rate" can be made to coincide with each other at high accuracy. As above, "the calculation flow rate acquired from a sensor output" and "the actual flow rate" can be made to coincide with each other by suppressing the number of the processes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
