发明名称 Organic electroluminescent element
摘要 Provided is an organic electroluminescent device (organic EL device) which has improved luminous efficiency and a simple configuration, while ensuring sufficient driving stability. This organic electroluminescent device includes a light-emitting layer between an anode and a cathode that are laminated on a substrate. The light-emitting layer contains a phosphorescent light-emitting dopant, and a carbazole compound represented by the following formula (1) as a host material. In the formula (1), E represents oxygen or sulfur, and R1 to R6 each represent hydrogen, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, or an aromatic group represented by the formula (2). In the formula (2), X represents CR9 or nitrogen.;
