Provided are compositions and their use to treat complications of aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage, such as angiographic vasospasm. In a preferred embodiment the composition contains microparticles comprising poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) polymer and nimodipine, and as a carrier hyaluronic acid having a molecular weight of from about 5 kDa-20 0000 kDa. |
