PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device which has optimized an air flow to a heat radiation fin, and which has improved a heat radiation effect.SOLUTION: An LED lighting device includes: an LED substrate 1 in which LED elements 10 are arranged; a base 2 in which heat generating in the LED substrate 1 transits; and a plurality of heat radiation fins 21 standing from the base 2. The plurality of heat radiation fins 21 are, when viewed along a standing direction X1, extending from the center side of the base 2 to the outside and arranged in a radial manner, and they have: a plurality of first fins 26 arranged around a predetermined center Pin a first region Ar1 provided on the center side of the base 2; and a plurality of second fins 27 arranged in a second region Ar2 provided in the periphery of the first region Ar1.
