PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphic film for a high-whiteness license plate with less breakings, rises, or the like of the film during embossing or due to aging.SOLUTION: The graphic film includes a white base film layer 12 having a top surface and a bottom surface and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 disposed on the bottom surface of the base film layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 14 comprises: (a) a carboxyl group-containing adhesive (meth)acrylic polymer with a glass transition temperature of -50°C or lower; (b) a dispersant comprising an amino group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer free of a monomer unit derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer; (c) a tackifier; and (d) 10 pts.mass of a white pigment based on 100 pts.mass in total of the carboxyl group-containing adhesive (meth)acrylic polymer, the dispersant comprising an amino group-containing (meth)acrylic polymer free of a monomer unit derived from an aromatic vinyl monomer, and the tackifier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
