PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating device which remarkably improves the efficiency of lamination processing of a workpiece such as a solar cell module.SOLUTION: In a laminating device, at least one sub-laminating device 400 is provided in the post-process of a main laminating device 100. In a hot plate of the main laminating device 100, a heat supply part to a workpiece 10 on the hot plate is formed of a material having a thermal conductivity of 110-398 WmKand having a density of 2.58-2.84 Mg/m. In a hot plate of the sub-laminating device 400, a heat supply part to the workpiece 10 on the hot plate is formed of a material having a thermal conductivity of 110-398 WmKand having a density of 2.58-2.84 Mg/m. The hot plate temperature of the main laminating device 100 is set to be higher than the crosslinking temperature of a filler of the workpiece 10, and the hot plate temperature of the sub-laminating device 400 is set to the crosslinking temperature of the filler of the workpiece 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
