PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specific person identification device robust to an environmental change.SOLUTION: A specific person identification device for identifying a specific person from a plurality of persons includes: distance measurement means for measuring distances to feet of a plurality of persons; first ground touching timing determination means for determining the ground touching timing of feet on the basis of a state of change in the distances acquired from the distance measurement means; and determination means for comparing the ground touching timing when the specific person stored in the storage means is walking with the first ground touching timing, and determining the specific person on the basis of an error range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
