NEW MATERIAL:An anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa human monoclonal antibody capable of recognizing lipopolysaccharide of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. USE:Remedy for infections diseases caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. PREPARATION:A mouse-human hybridoma is produced from an anti- Pseudomonas aeruginosa antibody producing human cell and mouse myeloma cell, and the hybridoma and/or a cell strain derived therefrom are cultured. The objective human monoclonal antibody capable of bonding to the lipopolysaccharide of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is separated from the culture product.
