发明名称 BONDING METHOD FOR RESIN MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain high bonding strength and also prevent generation of rust effectively by adhering and fixing a powdery, granular, foil-like or fiber-like conductive material constituted of an iron group metal with Cr content not exceeding given wt.% on the surface of a bonding agent layer, overlapping the surfaces of bonding components and high-frequency welding. CONSTITUTION:Out of a first component and a second component to be bonded with, a bonding agent layer composed of thermoplastic resin such as vinyl acetate group, acryl group, ethylene copolymer, polyamide group, polyester group, polyurethane group or the like is formed in given thickness, at least on one bonding surface out of a first component and a second component to be bonded with. A powdery, granular, foil-like or fiber-like conductive material composed of an iron metal with Cr content of 20wt. % or less is adhered and fixed on the surface of said bonding agent layer. A bonding surface of the other component is overlapped on the surface of the bonding agent layer thus prepared, on which a conductive material is adhered and fixed, and high-frequency welding is carried out according to the conventional procedure.
