<p>PURPOSE: To simplify the manufacturing process, and to enable the protection from overload by mechanically regulating the variable movement range of a striker for perfectly closing a door, or controlling a striker driving device for stop on the basis of a driving force value. CONSTITUTION: In order to perfectly close a door 1, after engaging a latch mechanism 4 and a striker 10 with each other, a striker driving device 8 is operated so as to move the striker 10 in the door 1 closing direction. The striker 10 is moved along a guide groove 16, and a base plate 19 is provided with a cushion member 44, and the variable movement range of the striker 10 is mechanically regulated. The striker driving device 8 is provided with a driving force detecting means, and the driving device 8 is controlled for stop on the basis of a detected driving force value.</p> |
