PURPOSE:To reduce the trouble and time for assignment operation by selecting a building name displayed in the 1st display area of a display part by an electric moving means, and moving a patrol date and an operator name at the display part to the 2nd display area and performing assignment. CONSTITUTION:A control part 16g is operated to input customer data on a current month from the 1st storage part 15a of a center 15, and the customer data on the current month is stored by the above input operation in a storage part 16 e through a transmitter receiver 15b, a communication line 17, a transmitter receiver 16a, and the control part 16g. Then the customer data is read out of the storage pat 16g and displayed in the 1st display area 18 of the display part 16b while classified, area by area, into two-person operation and one-person operation. Then a mouse 16d is used to assign building names of customers displayed in the 1st display area 18 to specific areas determined by the patrol dates and patrol operators in the 2nd display area 20. Consequently, the mixed maintenance operation consisting of the two-person operation and one-person operation is easily assigned. |
