PURPOSE:To obtain such a temperature sensor that has excellent absolute sensitivity for temperature detection and can easily detect temperatures and, when a temperature-sensitive element is provided, the temperature-sensitive element can be easily formed without making any high-temperature treatment. CONSTITUTION:The composite layer of this temperature sensor using the laminated body of the composite layer of a high polymeric organic substance and a metal and a composite pigment layer as a temperature-sensitive element is formed by simultaneously performing plasma polymerization of a conjugated organic monomer and sputtering of a metal. The composite pigment layer is formed by combining a perylene pigment layer, phthalocyanine pigment layer, and quinacridone pigment layer. |
