The drive drum (1) has a cylindrical basic body (4) on which is a drum crown composed of crown segments (5). On the basic body and on the inner cover surface (6) of one of each crown segments are aligned sack holes (8) for receiving a fitting centering piece (9). The centering pieces are formed as cylindrical discs. The drum crown segments on at least one face side have a groove (13) concentric to the drum axis and at least at one end a tapped hole for receipt of a bearer and fitment bolt (14). Each drum crown segment has a hardened cover surface (3). The inside of each crown segment has a flat peripheral groove (16) with spacing on both sides from the face sides. ADVANTAGE - The drum can be very quickly exchanged.
