摘要 |
PURPOSE:To improve strength of a fiber-reinforced concrete by dispersing a carbon fiber having a peak ratio of OIS/CIS by ESCA method not lower than a prescribed value and treated with a specific dispersion in which silicone rubber fine particles are dispersed into a cement-based matrix. CONSTITUTION:A polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is subjected to surface oxidation treatment by electrolytic oxidation, etc., to provide a carbon fiber having >=0.10 peak ratio of OIS/CIS measured by ESCA. This carbon fiber is treated with a dispersion having >=-10mV zeta electric potential and obtained by dispersing silicone rubber fine particles into water using a cationic surfactant such as a polyoxyethylene tallow alkylamine to attach about 0.1-5wt.% silicone rubber fine particles to the carbon fiber. Then, silicone rubber fine particles- attached carbon fiber cut into prescribed fiber length is mixed into a cement matrix, executed and cured to provide the objective high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete. |
