PURPOSE:To provide a recording apparatus capable of achieving always stable recording free from irregularity. CONSTITUTION:An aperture electrode 1 is constituted of a plate-shaped insulating layer 2 composed of an insulating material and a large number of aperture parts 4a are provided to the electrode l side by side at an equal interval in one row in the longitudinal direction of the electrode 1. Opening parts 4b are further provided to the electrode 1 at equal intervals in one row in the longitudinal direction of the electrode 1 so as to be shifted by the half pitch of the opening parts 4a on the downstream side in a toner feed direction. The opening parts 4a arranged on the upstream side of the toner feed direction are provided so that the area of each of the opening parts 4a arranged on the upstream side in the toner feed direction becomes larger than that of each of the opening parts 4b provided on the downstream side in the toner feed direction. In this embodiement, the length Wa in the short direction of each of the opening parts 4a on the upstream side in the toner feed direction is set to 1.5 times the length Wb in the short direction of each of the opening parts 4b on the downstream side in the toner feed direction. |
