PURPOSE:To produce a vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent long- term extrusion molding stability and high mechanical strength by compounding a vinyl chloride resin with a specific chlorinated PE and an organotin mercaptide at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:This vinyl chloride resin composition is produced by compounding (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride resin with (B) 1-10 pts.wt. of a chlorinated PE having a chlorine-content of 28-43wt.%, a heat of crystal fusion of <=1cal/g measured by DSC method, a particle diameter of <=500mum and an average particle diameter of 50-400mum and obtained by chlorinating a PE having a weight-average molecular weight of 100,000-350,000 and (C) 0.3-3 pts.wt. of an organotin mercaptide of formula I or formula II [R is an alkyl, an alkenyl, an aralkyl or an alkoxyalkyl; R' is a 1-10C alkyl; Y is O or S(CH2)pCOO<-> ((p) is 1 or 2); Z is S or S(CH2)pCOO<->; X is R' or S(CH2)pCOOR; (m) is 0 or 1; (n) is 1-101. |
