MANUFACTURE OF COVERED YARN

摘要

Polyester multifilament wadding thread(f) is fed to a nip point of the top roller(11) and the bottom roller(11') in a draft apparatus(t) through a core yarn guide(5), rollers(7'', 7''') and V type groove(8'). Viscose roving thread(r) is predrafted in a nip point of the back rollers(9, 9') and middle rollers(10, 10') through a roving thread guide(6). The wadding thread(f) and the roving thread(r) are doubled in a nip point of the front rollers(11, 11') and finished between the nip point of the middle rollers(10, 10') and the front rollers(11, 11') to give the covered yarn.
