PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perforate stably an organic film mechanically and by corona discharge by a method wherein a roll a surface of which many dielectric particles having an acute corner are stuck onto and a roll capable of rotating reversely are provided, the organic film is passed through each roll, and high voltage is impressed to the roll. SOLUTION: A first roll 4 is so constructed that an iron made roll main body wherein many synthesized diamond particles 5 each of which is a dielectric particle having an acute corner part are stuck to a surface via an electrodeposited layer by an area percentage of, for example, 70% or over is provided. By rotating first and second rolls 4, 23 and impressing high voltage to the first roll 4, a long organic film 66 consisting of OPP passing between the first and second rolls 4, 23 is perforated at many recessed parts 73. Further, by passing between the first and a third rolls 4, 54, a thin film part 74 at a bottom part of the recessed part 73 is perforated by corona discharge to make a through hole 75. |
