PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the influence of an obstacle on the decoding processing of encoded data at the time of error generation in the middle of transmission by arraying first and second bit columns so that the first bit column can be transmitted prior to the second bit column. SOLUTION: A header bit column Dh, binary bit column D2, moving vector bit column Dgtmv, pixel value bit column Dg, and transmissivity bit column Dt are arrayed in a unit bit stream 1 being the repeating unit of transmission at the time of encoding data for displaying a picture corresponding to an object on a display screen by object units, and transmitting the data so that those bit columns can be repeatedly transmitted in this order. Also, this binary bit column D2 is divided into a binary moving vector bit column D2mv and a binary data bit column D2ot. Those bit columns D2mv and D2ot are arrayed so that the binary moving vector bit column D2mv can be transmitted prior to the other binary bit column D2ot. |
