MIXED POWDER INCLUDING POLYTETRAFLUOROETHYLENE, ITS PRODUCTION, THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME, AND ITS MOLDING PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject powder effective for improvement of molding processability and mechanical characteristics of a thermoplastic resin by using polytetrafluoroethylene particles with specified particle diameters and organic polymer particles. SOLUTION: The objective powder is obtained by mixing (A) an aqueous dispersion of polytetrafluoroethylene particles having 0.05-1.0μm particle diameters and (B) an aqueous dispersion of an organic polymer particles, and coagulating or spray-drying the obtained mixture to form the objective powder. Preferably, (C) a monomer having ethylenically unsaturated bond is subjected to an emulsion polymerization in the mixed dispersion of the components A with B, and the obtained mixture is subjected to the before coagulation or spray-drying to provide the powder.
