PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve recycle properties in low cost and to form highly foamed fine cells by supplying a foamable resin material containing a modified olefinic resin obtained by copolymerizing an unsaturated compd. having a functional group and a foaming agent to a mold in a molten state to mold the same under specific pressure during a time reaching a solidified state. SOLUTION: A foamable resin material containing a modified olefinic resin obtained by copolymerizing an unsaturated compd. having a functional group and a foaming agent is supplied in a molten foamed state and, during a period when the foamable resin material reaches a solidified state from a molten state, a laminate having a foamed layer is molded under resin pressure of 100 kg/cm<2> or less. As the modified olefinic resin, an ethylenic copolymer obtained by copolymerizing ethylene and at least the unsaturated compd. having the functional group being main components or a grafted modified olefinic resin obtained by the graft copolymerization of the unsaturated compd. having the functional group with an olefinic resin is pref. and, in this case, a ratio of the unsaturated compd. is pref. 1.0-5 wt.%. |
