PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the equipped cost and to release the restriction on the equipment based on the reduction of a space by providing a reference pin with step, a supporting table for supporting in the projecting quantity of the pin so as to be changable and a spring for energizing the reference pin always to the max. projecting position. SOLUTION: In order to assemble an outer panel W2 to an inner panel W1 in closed cross sectional state, the outer panel W2 is lowered toward the upper part of the inner panel W1 to fit the small diameter part 1b of the reference pin 1 existing at the projecting position in a small diameter reference hole H2. The small diameter reference hole H2 is engaged with the step part 1c of the reference pin 1 and then, the reference pin 1 is pushed back to the supporting table 2 side with the dead wt. of the outer panel W2. By this constitution, the outer panel W2 is put together with the inner panel W1 and formed in the closed cross sectional state and integrately assembly by spot-welding. At the time of assembling the outer panel W2 with the inner panel W1, it is unnecessary to execute separating work with the reference pin 1 by lifting up the inner panel W1 on the way of assembling. |
