POLYOLEFIN-BASED RESIN SHEET AND RESIN-COATED DECORATIVE METAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive polyolefin-based resin sheet excellent in adhesiveness to metallic plate, folding property and punching processability and a resin-coated decorative metal plate. SOLUTION: This resin coated decorative metal plate is obtained by subjecting a resin sheet comprising a composition obtained by compounding 100 pts.wt. polymer comprising a mixture of (a) a crystalline polypropylene-based resin with (b) a polyolefin-based thermoplastic elastomer obtained by copolymerizing a propylene homopolymer and/or propylene-α-olefin copolymer with an ethylene homopolymer and/or a propyleneα-olefin copolymer with (c) 2-10 pts.wt. polyethylene-based copolymer modified with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride, in which components (a)/(b) is within the range of (95-75)/(5-25), to corona discharge treatment and bonding the treated sheet through an adhesive having reactivity with the component (c) to a metallic plate.
