PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic closing device for a sliding door, which has simple structure and is compacted and cost of which is reduced. SOLUTION: A spiral spring 6, in which repulsive force is accumulated by movement in the opening direction of the sliding door, is installed on a main body 2 formed in a manner that the main body 2 can be set up at a proper place, and the sub-gear 10 of an oil damper 9 controlling the repulsive force of the spiral spring 6 is engaged with a rotatable main gear 8 linked with the spiral spring 6. The main gear 8 is interlinked with a rack 3, in which a rear end or front-rear both ends are mounted at proper places. |
