<p>A process for encapsulating dry solid waste material and the waste form produced thereby. Dry, granular waste material is mixed in with a polysiloxane and appropriate catalyst and cured, preferably under ambient conditions. The waste form exhibits a low leaching index and other characteristics necessary for long-term stability.</p> |
