Abstract A system for converting a spreadsheet in a first format to a spreadsheet in a second format. The system may comprise a server including a storage means. The storage means may be adapted to store the spreadsheet in the second format and store at least one associated template. At least one data set may be associated with the spreadsheet in the second format, such that the at least one data set is adapted to be associated with the template to be displayed on a client device, such that when data is associated with the template, changes made via the client device to the associated data is recorded in realtime in both the spreadsheet in the second format and template.
