The feeder has a buoyant float (2) with calibration marks on the side to assist in judging the depth of submergence. The float is connected via a vertical rod (3) to a submerged cylindrical chamber (1) with a vertical axis and with perforations (11) in the curved walls to enable the fish to get at the food. As the fish eat the foodstuff, the float rides higher in the water. There is a lid, to enable loading of more foodstuff when the feeder is empty. A tether may secure the feeder to the bottom of the aquarium. |
