PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter device eliminating generation of a powdery object by cutting an elastic unit of a receiving blade shaft with a cutter of a blade shaft, eliminating generation of a cutting position deviation by a change of tension when a sheet-state object passes a cutting part, and eliminating generating of deformation in the cut sheet-state object. SOLUTION: This device comprises a blade shaft 8 mounting a cutter 12 in a shaft unit 10 and a receiving blade shaft 9 mounting a supporter 17 abutted with the cutter 12 in a shaft unit 16, and in this constitution, a cutter contact part of the supporter 17 is formed of elastic unit, and this elastic unit is divided in a contact position of the cutter 12.
