The tool has a cable length adjusting unit with a lower side plate (42) and an L-shaped upper side plate integrated to a case (4), and a rigid U-shaped clamp slidingly mounted on the side plates. A cutting depth adjusting unit has an electric circuit and a screw for pushing a blade (10) in a cutting plane. The screw has a threaded body received in a threaded metallic ring integrated with a wall (4a) of the case.
