<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to specify more promptly and accurately the cause of a failure in a part mounting line. <P>SOLUTION: In the part mounting line having each inspection device of a solder printer, a mounting equipment, a reflow furnace and each inspection device of these each equipment, the mounting inspection device comprises an LCD monitor, and a controller main part 61 having a display controller 613 which performs the display control of this monitor are formed. When poor mounting occurs, the display controller 613 is constituted so that it may be made to display an inspection image, an inspection result, and inspection related information, such as the details of the inspection result and treatment related information about the mounting apparatus, various conditions of the mounting treatment, etc. being engaged in the mounting treatment like the failure part, in the identical display screen of the LCD monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
