<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical pillow capable of stably supporting the head for protecting the face region such as eyeballs, the corners of the mouth, or the like when lying down on his/her side and lying on his/her belly so as to reduce troubles occurring when a medical appliance such as a tube for intubation or the like is displaced or bent or similarly deformed. <P>SOLUTION: The medical pillow 10 has a contact surface 1 contacting the face of a user for supporting the face, and a groove part 2 formed on the contact surface 1.
