<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a wire harness consisting of many cables, effectively utilizing the space between a car body panel and a scuff plate. <P>SOLUTION: This is a wiring structure for a wire harness which is arranged in a space S between a side shill 12 being the car body panel of an automobile and a scuff plate 13 to be overlaid on the side shill 12, and a protector 20 to thread the wire harness W/H in a hollow part in its closed section is stored in the space S, and the protector 20 is clamped to the side sill 12, and also a hook provided in the protector 20 is hooked in a hooked part provided in the scuff plate 13.
