METHOD FOR REDUCED-CURRENT START OF AC ELECTRIC MOTOR

摘要

A method for reduced-current start of AC motor consists in following: electric motor is connected to a frequency transformer; reduced-current start is made to the preset frequency of frequency converter output voltage, which is less than rated value of electric motor power supply frequency. The electric motor is disconnected from said frequency converter and connected directly to electric network. The technical result is: reducing required power and a cost of the used frequency converter.
