<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent liquid leakage by adjusting pressure in a liquid flow passage without stopping power generation even when a fuel cell unit is inclined. <P>SOLUTION: A dilution circulation type fuel cell unit 1 includes: an inclination sensor 3 to detect an inclined angle of the fuel cell unit 1; and a pressure adjustment portion 20 to adjust pressure of liquid added to a gas-liquid separator 7 in an anode flow passage 6. A pressure calculation portion 12 calculates level difference and hydraulic head pressure formed between the gas-liquid separator 7 and the pressure adjustment portion 20, and based on the hydraulic head pressure formed between the gas-liquid separator 7 and the pressure adjustment portion 20 which is calculated by the pressure calculation portion 12, a pressure control portion 13 controls the pressure adjustment portion 20 so that the liquid pressure added to the gas-liquid separator 7 is within an allowable pressure range where the gas-liquid separator 7 can function normally. By this, pressure changes in the liquid added to the gas-liquid separation tube 71 of the gas-liquid separator 7 by inclination are reduced to be put in a fixed pressure range, and the liquid leakage in the gas-liquid separator 7 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
