DISK DEVICE AND METHOD OF CONTROLLING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk device and a method of controlling the same. SOLUTION: The disk device includes: a main unit 100 rotating a turntable 110 to which a disk is coupled and writing/reading data to/from the disk; a lever member 200 guiding the side face of the disk to load the disk to a position at which a center of the disk is aligned with a center of the turntable 110 and reversely guiding the disk to unload the disk; and a driving unit actuating the lever member 200. The lever member 200 provided on the optical equipment loads/unloads the disks having various diameters by operating so as to have mutually different tracks according to the diameter of the disk.
