<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery cell in which fuel gas leakage from a fuel electrode layer is suppressed and power generation efficiency is improved, and provide a cell stack device, a fuel cell module, and a fuel cell device equipped with it. <P>SOLUTION: Since the fuel battery cell includes: a dense interconnector 6 on a surface of a columnar conductive support body 2; and in neighboring the interconnector 6, a laminate in which the porous fuel electrode layer 3 containing at least one of iron group metal and oxide of iron group metal, a dense solid electrolyte layer 4, and a porous air electrode layer 5 are laminated in this order while one part of the solid oxide fuel electrolyte 4 is made to be interposed between the fuel electrode layer 3 and the interconnector layer 6, a battery cell can be provided in which fuel gas leakage can be suppressed and long-period reliability is improved.
