<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional coating film excellent in stain-proof property and anti-reflection property. <P>SOLUTION: The functional coating film is an organic/inorganic composite coating film containing respective components of (A) and (B), and is characterized in that the mass ratio of the component (A) and the component (B) is A/B=1,000/100 to 400/100, the film thickness is 10-1,000 nm and the refractive index of the coating film is 1.3-1.48. Component (A) is a metal oxide having a particle diameter of 1-400 nm. Component (B) is a polymer emulsion particle having a particle diameter of 10-800 nm. The component (B) is a polymer emulsion particle obtained by polymerizing a polymerization stock solution containing the following respective components of (b1)-(b4): component (b1): a hydrolyzable silicone compound, component (b2): a vinyl monomer containing at least one kind of functional group selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, an amide group, an amino group and an ether group, component (b3): an emulsifier, and component (b4): water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
