PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam apparatus which prevents a connected part between a laser module and an optical fiber from being broken, and also to provide a laser module. SOLUTION: The laser beam apparatus is equipped with an optical fiber 30 and a laser module 10 in which a semiconductor laser 12 for emitting a laser beam is housed in a housing 14. The housing 14 is provided with a glass stub 20 installed in a window part for emitting the laser beam and with a receptacle 14A for holding the optical fiber 30 at the position where one end of the optical fiber 30 oppositely faces the glass stub 20. The laser beam apparatus is characterized in that the laser module 10 and the optical fiber 30 are connected to each other, with oil 34 interposed between the optical fiber 30 and the glass stub 20.
