TONER, DEVELOPING AGENT AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner excellent in heat fixing and image quality and used in an oil-less fixing process, and to reduce defective cleaning to prevent overall contamination. SOLUTION: This toner has at least a binder resin, colored particles containing coloring agents and a mold releasing agent, and an additive agent. The melting point of the mold releasing agent is 70°C or higher and 90°C or lower. The pigmented particles contain the mold releasing agent of 3 wt.% or more but 10 wt.% or less, and the product of the average volume particle diameter of the pigmented particles and the weight ratio of the additive agent to the pigmented particles is 15μm wt.% or larger and 40μm wt.% or smaller. The additive agent contains at least first inorganic particles having base points substantially 0 and second inorganic particles having base points of 50μmol/g or larger and 300μmol/g or smaller and acid points 20μmol/m2or larger per unit surface area and base points of 2.5μmol/m2or larger per unit surface area.
