PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film battery improved in a battery characteristic and excelling in the efficiency of manufacture.

SOLUTION: This thin film battery includes: a base substrate; a positive electrode current collector pattern and a negative electrode current collector pattern which are formed on the base substrate to be electrically isolated from each other; a positive electrode pattern formed on the positive electrode current collector pattern; an electrolyte pattern formed on the positive electrode pattern; and a negative electrode pattern formed on the electrolyte pattern; wherein at least one of the positive electrode current collector pattern and the negative electrode current collector pattern includes a non-noble metal-based alloy.
