A bedrock fixture for a rock bolt is provided to insert binder capsules easily when installing a rock bolt to a bolt hole of bedrock, to guide the rock bolt to set in the center of a bolt hole and to increase adhesive strength of the rock bolt. A bedrock fixture for a rock bolt comprises a case(10) inserted to a bolt hole perforated on bedrock and coupled detachably in the longitudinal direction, and plural binder capsules(20) placed in the case. The binder capsule is composed of a main material capsule(A1) filled with polyurethane foam resins or special cement and a hardener capsule(A2) filled with isocyanate or cement hardener to increase adhesive strength of a rock bolt, the case and the bolt hole. The case is formed in the cylindrical shape and coupled by rugged joints to be separated in the longitudinal direction when a rock bolt enters the case.
