PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably provide a foam sheet having the property of a continuous air bubble foam sheet and also being excellent in surface property in an extruded foam sheet obtained using an extrusion foaming process. SOLUTION: The continuous air bubble foam sheet excellent in surface property and having an stably uniform performance can be prepared by making the foam sheet using different type of substrate resin having a different thermal characteristic into a multilayer foam sheet integrally laminated with an independent air bubble layer on the outside and a continuous air bubble layer on the center part using a co-extrusion process.
