PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber roll which prevents delamination due to contraction of the rubber when the roll is separated by one by one and reduces failure even if it is a rubber material having high viscosity. SOLUTION: The rubber roll comprises a core metal and a rubber material coated on the outer peripheral part of the core metal by a rubber extruder with a cross-head die system. When the outside diameter of a rubber adhesion portion of the core metal isϕDa, and the outside diameter of a bearing portion of both end parts of the core metal isϕDb, it is characterized in that the relationship between theϕDa and theϕDb is 1.0<ϕDa/ϕDb≤1.5.
