PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery-operated device in which fixing and electrical connection of an electromagnetic vibrator can be simultaneously achieved only by a substrate fixing work without using an upper case. SOLUTION: The battery-operated device is configured in such a way that a tail end portion 22 is pressed downward with a printed wiring board 3 having a power feed pattern for electrically connecting to feeding terminals 14, 14 via a rubber connector 30 in a state where the electromagnetic vibrator 1 is housed in an accommodating box 2 from the upper part, the electromagnetic vibrator 1 being provided with a vibrating motor 10 having the feeding terminals 14, 14 protruding backward from the rear end of a housing 12, and an elastic enclosure 20 having the tail end portion 22 extending from a barrel portion 21 for covering the housing 12 and a center portion 21a of the barrel portion 21. The accommodating box 2 has a pair of side plates 2b, 2b sandwiching both sides of the barrel portion 21, and the pair of side plates 2b, 2b each have a cut portion Y for positioning used for guiding and regulating bulge portions X provided on the side portions 21b to stop them when the electromagnetic vibrator 1 is accommodated into the accommodating box 2 from the upper part.
